- The objectives of this course are to encourage and empower participants to launch or refine the initial version of their business; remove the
complexities and feeling of being overwhelmed with a new venture; to provide a straightforward approach to transforming ideas into a business, product or service. Participants will learn why
business plans are not needed for most new businesses and at what point in the journey a business plan should be created; why creating a business model is a more effective method for a new
venture. Learners will be led through the entire process of creating a business model for their venture.
